Our mission is to support underrepresented groups in accessing meaningful educational opportunities and careers in computer programming and technology. Through our communities we create pathways for long-term engagement, skill and career growth, and leadership.

We work on creating programs that build communities to create deep engagement and impact, leading more disadvantaged or marginalised people towards careers in technology. Our flagship program, the Girls' Programming Network, delivers full-day workshops to High School aged girls and creates communities that support women as they move through the pipeline, from school to university and throughout their careers - creating deep and sustainable change in this area.
