The children we work with experience neglect, abuse and exploitation as the norm. They are invisible and ignored and have little hope of a better future.
Through our local team on the ground we understand children's real needs. We develop and pilot our work directly in the community in partnership with local government and organisations. We reach as many children as possible by building evidence to scale-up successful models and drive systemic change.
With this approach we improve children and young people's wellbeing, enable their learning and employment and protect them from abuse and exploitation.
We are committed to developing local capacity and self-sufficiency and mitigating the risk of dependency on external support. All our work is delivered in partnership with local organisations and governments, creating lasting change.
PILOT - having identified a need, we work closely with children families and communities to develop and pilot effective interventions to catalyse change. We monitor and evaluate the outcomes achieved and continuously refine and adapt our approach based on valuable lessons learned.
INCUBATE - we strengthen and expand the scale of interventions by building the capacity of local partners and stakeholders, leveraging staff expertise, mobilising wider resources and enhancing local government services.
ADVOCVATE - once we have sufficient evidence of the positive impact of an intervention, we actively advocate for wider system change by sharing knowledge, data and lessons learned, exerting influence on stakeholders at local and national levels and integrating interventions into wider provision.
