The aim of the iCMLf is to improve clinical practice and disease monitoring in CML globally and to foster and coordinate international clinical and research collaborations. There are numerous activities that come within this broad charter but the initial focus of the iCMLf is to address the needs in CML that are not already being met adequately by other groups, particularly those that are best met by a global CML organisation.
