The mission and objectives of Afriqu’Espoir are simple: to preserve, illuminate and promote the cultural and spiritual values of the people of Benin; promote the rights of women and children; advocate for literacy of rural women; and to work for peace in Benin and in the world. Afriqu'Espoir accomplishes this by developing and implementing projects aimed at promoting human progress, gender equality, and enhancing greater understanding on the part of the global community of Africa's religious and cultural heritage, in general, and Benin's religious and cultural heritage, in particular.
